Available shipping speeds

Currently, due to overwhelming demand, orders placed with Standard Delivery (such as 2-4 days, 4-7 days, etc.) may take longer than usual. You will see the estimated delivery date range before you place your order, and in your Order Confirmation email/SMS. We will let you know the specific delivery date once your order is dispatched. We are working to get your orders across as soon as possible.


General Returns Policy

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on All non-FBA items are seller fulfilled.

  1. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
    • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
    • Has missing parts or accessories
    • Is different from what was ordered
    • Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)
    Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. View the full list of non-returnable items.
  2. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
  3. Only Fulfilled by Meshoppy items may be eligible for replacement. For more details, please refer About Free Replacements.
  4. If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Meshoppy shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information."
  5. Some items may not be eligible for return if you "no longer need it". If such an item delivered to you is not as described, or was physically damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window for a free replacement.
